How does laser thread vein removal work?
The laser light is focused on the thread vein to quickly heat it up. The targeted heat will result in the vein collapsing, which may look like a bruised area on the surface of the skin. The collapsed vein will eventually dissolve and naturally be flushed out of the body in time. After the treatment, the skin will look clear once more, without unsightly veins and red patches to mar the complexion. The treatment is completed without the need for anaesthesia, with almost no risk of scarring or infection.
In some cases, there are visible results after just one laser thread vein removal session. However, three treatment sessions may be needed to achieve maximum results.
